The elegant 4-star hotel "Staro" is located in the centre of the old Podol.This is perhaps the most "Kiev" hotel of all the hotels in the capital.The construction was built in the Art Nouveau Ukrainian style widespread in Kiev in the second half of XIX - early XX century.The hotel "Staro" has a homely atmosphere and unique murals on the walls."Staro" is located close to the main cultural attractions of Kiev, boutiques, restaurants, and centers of business life, such as the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, many business centers.
From the windows of the hotel or just in a 10-minute walk You can see the find the masterpieces of world heritage monuments.You can see the unique museum collections, touch the stones, which store the heat of centuries, sit in cozy restaurants and cafes or make a promenade along historical street of ancient city where famous Kiev writers Bulgakov and Kuprin could walk. The room was clean, nice design, spacious and very comfortable, with good air conditioning. There was a balcony and a nice view of the park. Wi-Fi in the room was free and fast. I appreciated the two free bottles of water every day. Buffet breakfast was abundant and offer everything you need, with sufficient choice. The metro is just 5 minutes, so it's easy access to major attractions

I liked complete service, good quality and price ratio, beautifull decor , professional stuff. I think it's adequate 4 stars hotel with high level of service.
location is not that good for city tour trip though metro is not so far.
